Pay for knowledge, not seats.

The proposed meter follows the searchable text retained in your Krynia index at the end of the month. A public GitHub repository and supported uploads are measured the same way. Inviting another colleague does not add a seat charge.

Why the minimum is EUR 47

It is a monthly product base, not a seat plan. The first 5M indexed tokens are included, so a small workspace can use the product without turning every page into a separate line item.

Covers product access and the work required to index, search and cite a source.

Keeps the first 5M indexed tokens inside one predictable monthly amount.

Lets you invite colleagues without recalculating a per-person bill.

What counts toward the bill

We count the searchable knowledge still kept at billing close, not sync attempts, unchanged files or headcount.

Counts

Searchable extracted text: Normalized text retained in the active index at billing close from supported repository files and uploaded Markdown, MDX, text or CSV documents.

Search-critical metadata: Titles, headings and source paths only when they are retained for search. Usually this is a small part of the measured volume.

Included

Questions and answers: Asking questions and keeping answer history does not turn each message into indexed source material.

Sync checks and unchanged files: Indexing an unchanged source does not add another copy of the same retained text to the meter.

Source archive and vectors: Stored source copies, search-index storage, citations and answer details are included in the indexed-material meter.

Not counted

Ignored or deleted content: Unsupported files, ignored repository paths, duplicates and sources removed before billing close are not counted.

Pricing FAQ

Why is the minimum EUR 47?+

EUR 47 is the monthly product base. It includes 5M indexed tokens, roughly 7.7k A4 pages of text, plus the normal product work around sync, citations, search and workspace access.

How do you calculate information volume?+

We count normalized searchable tokens retained in the active index at the end of the billing period. The first 5M are included. Above that, only the retained indexed volume over the included amount is billed.

Do seats change the bill?+

No. Seats are used for access control and fair-use signals, not as the main pricing meter. A quiet large team should not pay more than a smaller team with a huge KB.

Does sync frequency cost extra?+

Re-indexing an unchanged source does not create a second billed copy. The meter follows the text retained in the active index at billing close.

What if we delete data?+

Deleted sources and stale chunks removed before billing close do not count for that period. Admins should see the current indexed snapshot before invoice generation.

Is this pricing live?+

Not yet. This page is a pricing preview. The base amount, included volume and overage rate are being validated before payment collection starts.
